Fall Baking: Pumpkin Cupcakes with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting

Let's meet in my virtual kitchen and bake my favorite fall dessert: pumpkin spiced cupcakes with a maple cream cheese frosting. Make them as mini cupcakes or regular-sized, or even as a cake. It’s a very flexible recipe.

The recipes will be sent out on November 2nd and once you have them, there's no refund if you cancel. Cancel by November 1st to receive a full refund.

Cancellation & Class Delivery

  • Cancel 8 or more days before your class for a full refund. With less than 8 days notice, no refund is issued.

    If I Have to Cancel Your Class

    Life happens, even in my kitchen! If I need to cancel or reschedule, I'll let you know as soon as I know and we'll find a new date that works for both of us. If we can't, you'll get a full refund of your class fee within 24 hours, even if you've already received your recipes.

  • Nothing ships to you, this class is all virtual! Once you reserve your spot, the recipes land in your inbox about a week before class, and the Zoom link follows the day before.

FAQ’s

  • All I require is that you know how to turn on your sink faucet, preheat your oven, and turn on your stove. That's it! I teach all levels, and my whole goal is to build your confidence and add a few new dishes to your rotation.

    I teach classes for those with varying disabilities. Need larger type-face or numbered steps? Let me know two weeks ahead so I can accommodate. Need closed captioning on Zoom? Just ask. If you usually have help in the kitchen, please make sure they're with you for class, since we're virtual.

  • Virtual only, so you can cook from your own kitchen wherever you are. Class times are listed in Pacific Time, so double check your own time zone before you book.
